When we arrived at the Colorado, we met a group of river runners who were getting ready to put-in. I asked how they planned to keep their keg cold, and they said: "hydrodynamics" - they drag the keg behind the boat in the 53° water. We also learned that it takes six minutes to cool a warm can of beer in river water.
