Larry Ragland powers his Chevy Vortec Trophy Truck to an overall win in the 1999 Baja 1000 Off-Road Race, 15-minutes in front of second-place Ivan Stewart. Ragland was lucky enough to get in front of a bottle-neck in the Pine Forest, east of Ojos Negros.
